- Filer country is derived from the organisation's business address (US: state abbreviation or state name followed by a ZIP code) and is approximate; foreign status uses the filer's own declaration.
- created_year and created_month count published records by the date the record was created in the database; updated_year by the date of the last update. Contact names, telephone numbers and addresses were discarded during download and are not included.

## Columns

- `table`: Aggregate group: summary, implementation, role, role_x_implementation, filer_country_top15, created_year, created_year_x_implementation, created_month, updated_year.
- `key`: Category within the table (implementation type, provider role, role|implementation pair, country, year or month).
- `metric`: count (number of published filings) or share (fraction 0–1 of the table's base: all filings, or the filings with that role).
- `value`: The value of the metric.
- `period`: Snapshot date (2026-09-29) or the year or month the value covers.
