  • Snapshot of the public listing on 29 September 2026 (records with status Published); it replaces a first snapshot of 25 September 2026. Filings that were removed, withdrawn or not published are not included.
  • Implementation is the filer's own certification: complete, partial (with robocall mitigation), none (robocall mitigation only) or N/A. It is not an FCC finding.
  • Roles are self-declared and can overlap (a filer can be a voice service provider and a gateway provider).
  • Filer country is derived from the organisation's business address (US: state abbreviation or state name followed by a ZIP code) and is approximate; foreign status uses the filer's own declaration.
  • created_year and created_month count published records by the date the record was created in the database; updated_year by the date of the last update. Contact names, telephone numbers and addresses were discarded during download and are not included.
