Free phone number tools
Seventeen free tools for everyday phone, messaging and e-mail data jobs: validate and format numbers, build a phone number regex for any country, find a number's country or any country's calling code, clean and dedupe phone and e-mail lists, get reserved test numbers, build WhatsApp click-to-chat links one at a time or in bulk, format WhatsApp messages, write OTP messages, count SMS segments and convert a message to GSM-7, estimate WhatsApp Business message costs, look up mobile network codes, and check an e-mail address's domain or a domain's SPF and DMARC records. Every tool except the e-mail checker and the SPF and DMARC checker runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type, paste or upload is sent to MobileValidate or anyone else, and nothing is stored. E-mail checker: The domain is looked up in public DNS by our server; the address is not stored or logged; no e-mail is sent. SPF and DMARC checker: The domain's public DNS TXT records are looked up by our server; the domain is not stored or logged; no e-mail is sent. Each page counts one anonymous "tool used" event per visit (never what you entered), and sends nothing at all when your browser asks not to be tracked.
When you need a real check
The phone tools work from numbering plans, formats and published tables. They cannot tell you whether a number is switched on, which network it is on today, whether it was ported or whether it is registered on WhatsApp. Those answers come from the network or the platform: see the HLR lookup, carrier lookup, MNP lookup and WhatsApp number check, or all services and pricing. Whether an e-mail mailbox exists is the e-mail verification check. You pay only for conclusive answers.

Frequently asked questions
Are these tools really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no watermark on the output. The browser tools cost us nothing to run and have no daily limit; the e-mail checker allows 20 and the SPF and DMARC checker 20 domain checks per network per day, to keep them free and fast.
Do the tools send my numbers anywhere?
No. Parsing, formatting, deduplication, link building, counting, cost estimates, message templates and code searches all happen on your device. Nothing you paste or upload leaves the page and nothing is stored. You can load one of these pages and then go offline: the tool keeps working. Two tools are the exception because they read public DNS: the e-mail checker looks up the address's domain, and the SPF and DMARC checker the domain's TXT records. The address or domain is not stored or logged and no e-mail is sent.
What can't a free tool tell me?
Whether a number is switched on, which network it is on today, whether it was ported, or whether it is registered on WhatsApp or another app. That needs a live check against the network or the platform. See HLR lookup, carrier lookup and the WhatsApp number check. Likewise, the e-mail checker shows whether a domain can receive mail, not whether the mailbox exists: that is the e-mail verification check.
Why do some countries show "not supported"?
Numbers from sanctioned countries and regions are not supported anywhere on MobileValidate, including these tools. They are shown as not supported, without details.
