Bulk WhatsApp link generator

Upload a CSV or paste numbers, pick a default country and, if you like, write a message with placeholders such as {name} that are filled from your columns. You get one wa.me click-to-chat link per row, with invalid numbers and duplicates flagged, and a CSV to download. It only builds links: it does not check whether the numbers are on WhatsApp.

Free · no sign-up · runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded

Up to 10,000 rows, read in your browser

Use column names from the header row in braces.

For numbers written without + or 00.

Links appear here: one wa.me link per row, with invalid numbers and duplicates flagged.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type, paste or upload is sent to MobileValidate or anyone else, and nothing is stored. The page counts one anonymous "tool used" event per visit (no numbers, no text), and sends nothing at all when your browser asks not to be tracked.

Check which numbers are on WhatsApp first

A link opens a chat whether or not the number is registered. Check the whole list first and contact only numbers that are on WhatsApp. You pay only for conclusive answers.

How it works

The file is read on your device. The tool detects the delimiter and the phone column (a header such as phone, mobile or whatsapp, or else the first column with numbers); you can change the column. A first row without digits is the header, and its names are the placeholders you can use.

Each number goes through the same builder as the single WhatsApp link generator: converted to the full international number in digits only with libphonenumber, using your default country for numbers without + or 00, with the country rules that trip people up, such as Argentina's 9 for mobiles.

In the message, {name}, {First Name} or any other column name in braces is replaced by that row's value; case and spaces do not matter. Rows where a used column is empty are flagged, placeholders that match no column are listed, and messages longer than 1,000 characters are cut. The message is URL-encoded into the link.

Invalid numbers, numbers from countries we do not support and duplicates (the same number written two ways) are flagged with the reason. The download keeps your columns and adds e164, whatsapp_link, status and note. Up to 10,000 rows per run.

Frequently asked questions

How do I create WhatsApp links for many numbers?

Paste the numbers, one per line, or upload a CSV, pick the country for numbers written without a country code, and click Generate links. Each row gets a https://wa.me/ link with the international number in digits only. Download the result as CSV.

Can each link have its own message?

Yes. Write the message once with placeholders in braces, such as "Hi {name}, your order {order} is ready". For every row, each placeholder is replaced by the value in the column of that name, and the message is encoded into that row's link.

Does this check whether the numbers are on WhatsApp?

No. The links are built from the numbers as given; nothing is checked. If a number is not registered, WhatsApp says so when someone opens the link. To find out before you send, run the list through the WhatsApp number check.

Can I use these links for a campaign?

A link opens one chat for a person to send one message; it is not a bulk-sending tool. Use it for contacts who expect to hear from you, follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and local law, and see consent and the law before you contact anyone.

What happens to invalid numbers?

They get no link and are flagged with the reason, such as a wrong length or a missing country code, so you can fix them. Numbers from sanctioned countries and regions are shown as not supported, without details. The download keeps every row, so nothing is lost.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The file is read and processed in your browser; nothing you paste or upload is sent to MobileValidate or anyone else, and nothing is stored.

Is MobileValidate affiliated with WhatsApp?

No. MobileValidate is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner and is named here only to describe the link format.
